Easter is probably my favorite holiday. Lent is my favorite season. I couldn't explain exactly why, but I really just love everything about it.

• The sacrifice.
• The fasting.
• All the rules you have to follow, like no meat on Friday.
• The palms at Palm Sunday that I still can't figure out how to make into a cross like my mom did.
• A new dress for Easter which ends up being completely inappropriate for the temperature because a psychotic cold front or freeze comes through the night before.
• Easter Vigil in the dimly lit chapel. 

It's just all great. So here are my recent, Easter inspired pieces.
